Prezzo Italian in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor and leadership. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team on shifts, and role-model the Hospitality Magic while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

You’ll bring hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, a natural leadership presence, high energy, and a growth mindset to learn the operational side and progress toward Assistant Manager roles.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our \"Hospitality Magic.\" You’ll master the \"behind-the-scenes\" stuff -like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
