Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team in the GM's absence, and ensure every guest enjoys our Hospitality Magic.

You bring hospitality experience, leadership, and a growth mindset to help you master the operational side of a busy restaurant and advance toward Assistant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or supervisory roles.
• Willingness to lead a team during busy shifts.
• Desire to progress into management roles.

Responsibilities

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
