Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and leadership. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team in the GM's absence, and ensure guests enjoy our Hospitality Magic.

Qualifications

• Hospitality pro with solid experience as a server or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and set a positive example.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift.
