Job summary

Nuffield Health in St Albans is seeking a Duty Manager for 24 hours per week on a permanent, part-time basis. You will ensure smooth club operation, open/close, greet members, and drive sales with exceptional service.

You will lead by example, deliver tours to prospective members, uphold health and safety, and collaborate with the team. A swim ability is required to cover lifeguard breaks, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience and strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team spirit.
• Willing to undergo site training and cover lifeguard breaks.
