Job summary

Gartner seeks a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, surface business priorities, and connect them with Gartner services to drive engagement across large client teams.

You will partner with clients from senior to junior levels across IT, HR, and other practices, delivering value and maximizing ROI on Gartner memberships. A hybrid working model and a focus on client delight are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Ability to use Dutch (Reading, Writing and Speaking) at business/native level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across roles to ensure successful use of Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth through the service team.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI of memberships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
