Job summary

Gartner in London is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner services, and drive engagement across large client teams.

You will partner with clients across IT, HR, Finance and more, translating business priorities into Gartner solutions and ensuring value far beyond investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or German.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions to ensure they are successful with Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by introducing services and connecting clients with Gartner experts.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best in class service and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
