A children’s residential service provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new service for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, leading and managing the staff team, and promoting a high-quality environment for the children in care. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential service, comprising two homes supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the service meets all legislative and regulatory requirements in line with The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
