Vertu Vauxhall Crewe is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, acting as the link between customers and the workshop. You’ll manage bookings, keep customers updated during service or repair, and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection and ensuring an excellent experience.
