Job summary

Vertu Vauxhall Crewe is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, acting as the link between customers and the workshop. You’ll manage bookings, keep customers updated during service or repair, and ensure a first-class customer experience.

With Leapmotor joining the site, you’ll gain exposure to two brands and receive ongoing training and development opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines.

Vertu Vauxhall and Leapmotor Crewe

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established team at Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, supporting both our existing Vauxhall business and the introduction of Leapmotor as we expand our franchise offering.

We are offering a basic salary of £32,900, plus excellent company benefits.

There is no weekend working for this position – every weekend is your own!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection. You’ll keep customers updated throughout their service or repair, manage expectations, identify additional products and services and ensure they receive an excellent experience.

With Leapmotor joining the site, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across both Vauxhall and Leapmotor, with training and support as the new franchise becomes established.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a car dealership


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment


• The ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines
