Job summary

Vertu Vauxhall Crewe is seeking a Customer-focused Service Advisor to join our established team. You will act as the vital link between customers and workshop, guiding the journey from booking to vehicle collection and keeping customers updated on progress.

With the Leapmotor introduction, you will expand your knowledge across two brands, supported by training and development to ensure an excellent service experience and growth within a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a car dealership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Keep customers updated throughout their service or repair.
• Identify additional products and services and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
• Coordinate across Vauxhall and Leapmotor franchise as it expands.

Vertu Vauxhall and Leapmotor Crewe

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established team at Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, supporting both our existing Vauxhall business and the introduction of Leapmotor as we expand our franchise offering.

We are offering a basic salary of £31,956.34, plus excellent company benefits.

There is no weekend working for this position – every weekend is your own!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection. You’ll keep customers updated throughout their service or repair, manage expectations, identify additional products and services and ensure they receive an excellent experience.

With Leapmotor joining the site, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across both Vauxhall and Leapmotor, with training and support as the new franchise becomes established.

To Be Considered, You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a car dealership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines
