Vertu Ford Stafford is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established team. The role includes acting as the relationship manager between customer and workshop, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and smooth communication throughout service and repair.

The position offers a £33,507.48 basic salary plus a range of employee benefits and opportunities for development within one of the UK’s largest motor retailers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential for consideration.
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
