A leading train service provider is seeking a Driver Team Manager in Leeds. This role involves leading a team of train crew to ensure operational performance, safety, and excellent customer service. Candidates must possess a current TDLCR licence and have at least 4 years of train driver competence. In this exciting and challenging role youll be part of a team of managers who lead and support all driver-based traincrew covering operational delivery performance safety and people management.
Youll promote a positive safety culture while motivating your team to deliver excellent service for our customers and keep the railway moving.
To apply youll need to hold a current TDLCR licence and have at least 4 years train driver competence.
This is a safety-critical role so youll also need to pass a medical assessment.
