What You'll Do

• Lead the safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led delivery of services in line with CQC regulations
• Drive service improvement, business growth, and meet KPIs
• Build strong, professional relationships with commissioners, healthcare partners, and local stakeholders
• Support and empower teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Monitor client well-being, review care plans, and ensure changing needs are met
• Maintain compliance through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement, aiming for 'Outstanding' CQC ratings
