What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards).
Experience: Proven track record in managing a children’s home or similar role.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of safeguarding and child development.
Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (fully funded).
