The successful candidate will provide clear local leadership, maintain regulatory standards, build trusted relationships with customers, families, GPs and referral partners, and strive for continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing branch team.

• Oversee the delivery of visiting, respite and live-in care services.
• Build relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, GPs and referral partners.
• Support branch growth through community engagement and business development.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and overall branch performance.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with operational, quality, HR, finance and marketing teams.
• Share best practice and support a culture of quality across the wider region.

Desirable

• Previous management experience within domiciliary care.
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Care, or a willingness to work towards it.
• Good knowledge of CQC or CIW regulatory standards.
