We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of a new domiciliary care branch in Poynton. You'll take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while driving business growth, service quality, and operational excellence.

About the Role

Requirements

• Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
• Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
