Job summary

Homelife Carers Limited Brighton branch is seeking an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead daily operations and deliver high-quality home care services. You will recruit and develop a compassionate team, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and drive branch growth to meet ambitious service goals.

The role demands strong leadership, a solid grasp of CQC regulations, and the ability to inspire staff while maintaining excellent care standards in a dynamic community
