Domestic Assistant – Bank Shift

Job Title: Domestic Assistant
Location: Mansfield Woodhouse, NG19 8AH
Pay Rate: £12.51

Shifts: 6am‑8am / 5pm‑8pm. Working ad hoc shifts through the NHS Professionals Bank covering annual leave and sickness.

About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. With meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to infection control protocols, you will leave our facilities gleaming and pristine.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise clinical areas as part of the infection control team to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with departmental staff, colleagues, line managers and patients.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Capability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
