Exciting Opportunity for Domestic Violence Refuge Practitioners in London

Position: Domestic Violence Refuge Practitioner/ Support

Location: Haringey

Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Domestic Violence Refuge Practitioners for an important role supporting women and children in need. If you're passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of survivors of domestic abuse, we want to hear from you.

As a Refuge Practitioner, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the refuge operates effectively while providing vital support.

Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination: Take charge of the daily operations of the Refuge, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of services for residents.
  • Service Development: Work closely with the team to assess client needs, improve current services, and develop new ways to support survivors more effectively.
  • Service Delivery: Provide direct, hands-on support to women and children across two refuge sites, ensuring they have access to the resources and community support they need for a better future.
  • General Responsibilities: Contribute to the overall safety, well-being, and effectiveness of the Refuge, helping to support the continuous development of the organization.
