Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of document control experience in a project environment.
• Proficiency with EDMS and familiarity with electronic file types.
• Competence with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in technical or engineering environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Adherence to document control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity and accessibility of project documentation.
• Support LTQR delivery from the supply chain.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure documentation is properly referenced and archived.
• Support conformance checks and close-out documentation when applicable.
