Job summary

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a major UK project based in Scotland. The role focuses on controlling project information across BIM 360, SharePoint and the CDE, ensuring workflows and registers are up to date.

Applicants should have a strong background in document control within engineering or construction, with BIM 360 Docs experience highly desirable. UK work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Document Control or Document Management.
• Background in engineering, construction, utilities or infrastructure.
• Experience with BIM 360 Docs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project information across BIM 360, SharePoint and the CDE.
• Maintain document registers and workflows, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders with information exchange.
• Provide guidance on document control processes and system usage.
• Assist in rollout and adoption of BIM 360 across the project.
