Siemens Mobility is seeking a methodical Document Controller for our Birmingham office in the Rail Infrastructure unit. You will manage complex documentation and coordinate activities across multiple projects with various teams.
You will handle external client interactions, ensure system integrity, and mentor project teams in document control processes while working in a growing, dynamic environment.

We are looking for a methodical and organised Document Controller to join our Birmingham office as part of our Rail Infrastructure business. You will assist and deal with a range of complex technical documentation, processes, procedures and the co-ordination of activities to deliver a successful project. Within this role, you will work with various Project Managers, associated teams and be responsible for working concurrently on a number of projects each with varied, differing elements and regulations.
As part of being a Document Controller, you will also deal with unexpected and complex documents and events which will require successful resolution to the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
This role will be office based at our Birmingham Office with future Hybrid opportunity’s.
