A not-for-profit housing provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time maintenance worker with responsibilities in decoration and repairs. This role requires a relevant NVQ level 2 qualification, a full clean driving license, and experience in property maintenance. The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum and various benefits including 27 days holiday and occupational sick pay. The position is permanent, full time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £30,000 per annum.
Trade Responsibilities:
Primary Trade - Decoration (Washdowns, Preparation, Stain-block, Painting)
Secondary Trade - Loft Insulation, Repairs of Trickle Vents
Working alone or as part of a team you will undertake duties on building maintenance and improvement work including repair, replacement, installation, removal, demolition, cleaning and making good as appropriate. You will ensure works provided are of the highest quality, efficient and good value for money for our customers.
