Qualifications

• Experience working with distributors.
• 1-2 years' general office experience with measurable success.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and confidence handling data.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage orderbooks aligned to customer needs and business targets.
• Enter orders, maintain pricing, part numbers, VAS and customer data with total accuracy.
• Be the go-to problem solver—working with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Warehousing to keep orders moving end-to-end.
• Analyse orderbooks and flag risks early, keeping customers and sales teams fully informed.
• Support allocations, shipping windows, and warehouse communication so deadlines never slip.
• Track KPIs like fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction and delays—and help improve them.
• Support with pricing queries, credits, invoices and terms.
