Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive Team Leader in London (office-based) for an ASAP start. Lead a high-performing service team, own the orderbook, and align sales, stock and service for key customer groups.

You will coach and develop the team, build accurate orderbooks, analyse orders to pre-empt delays, and partner with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse to keep deliveries smooth. Strong SDI / Frasers Group experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service or sales operations team.
• Strong ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics.
• Solid Excel/MS Office skills for reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and upskill the team with a focus on training and KPI achievement.
• Build and manage accurate orderbooks aligned to customer needs and business targets.
• Analyse orders, identify risks early and remove blockers before delays occur.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Be the trusted face to key customers with clear communications and strong relationships.
