SUCCESS TALENT in London seeks a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to keep orders on track across Sales, Logistics and Operations. You’ll solve problems before they arise and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring accurate order entry and timely delivery.

You’ll work hands-on with pricing, part numbers and data, support pricing and invoices, and monitor fulfilment metrics such as accuracy and customer satisfaction. Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Formación

• 2-3 years Sales Operations and Customer Service experience in B2B or Wholesale
• Strong Excel skills – comfortable in a spreadsheet
• ERP system experience (STYLEman a bonus)
• Sharp attention to detail and genuine passion for great customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Building orderbooks that reflect what customers actually need in line with business objectives
• Getting hands-on with order entry, pricing, part numbers and VAS data
• Spotting shipping challenges before they become customer complaints and fixing them
• Double-checking orders are accurate before the shipping window opens
• Partnering with the warehouse to keep allocation and dispatch running smoothly
• Tracking the metrics that matter such as fulfilment rates, satisfaction and delays
• Helping customers with pricing, credits, invoices and terms
