A leading mobility solutions provider in the UK seeks a B2D Client Operations Executive to manage operations and relationship with distributors. This role involves coordinating orders, delivery, warranty support, and spares supply while tracking performance and ensuring a consistent customer experience. Ideal candidates will possess experience in B2B operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in supply chain or aftersales. Qualificações

• Experience in B2B/B2D operations, account coordination, supply chain support, or aftersales.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple distributor accounts.
• Confident communicator with experience working with external partners.
• Comfortable coordinating across supply chain, warranty, and operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned distributors.
• Manage distributor orders from placement through to delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate spare parts supply to distributors and repair centres for warranty.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and order management systems.
• Track distributor KPIs including order accuracy and delivery performance.
