What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, frontline staff and stakeholders regarding all disrepair queries.
  • Logging, triaging and escalating enquiries to ensure swift and accurate resolution.
  • Supporting performance reporting, KPI monitoring and compiling clear, user-friendly data for internal audiences.
  • Raising, receipting and monitoring purchase orders, ensuring spend is tracked and invoices are processed correctly.
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and providing wider administrative support to the team.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service levels meet contractual and organisational expectations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Providing cover and support across the wider team when required.
About You
  • Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within housing, repairs, maintenance or contractor-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with contractors, internal teams and residents.
  • Good data handling skills with experience using Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Customer-focused, solution-driven and comfortable managing multiple streams of information.
