Dispute Resolution: Handling high-stakes litigation and international arbitration, including investor-state and commercial disputes.

Job Description

• Represent clients in commercial and investor-state arbitrations before major arbitral institutions and in ad hoc proceedings.
• Support on complex disputes governed by diverse legal systems including English, Swiss, German, Dutch, Polish, and Greek law.
• Advise sovereign states and multinational corporations on treaty-based and contractual disputes.
• Serve as arbitrator in international proceedings.
• Provide strategic counsel on enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards.
• Engage in thought leadership and contribute to the firm's reputation in international dispute resolution.

The Successful Applicant
