• Ensure accurate measurements and fitting of spectacles using the latest dispensing tools and techniques
• Support the optometrists in delivering a seamless patient journey
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across frames, lenses, and optical technologies
• Help manage stock levels and visual merchandising in the practice
• Stay up-to-date with GOC standards and industry best practices
