A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focused Qualified Dispensing Optician on a full time, permanent basis in West Sussex. I am recruiting currently for a franchise of one of the UK’s most trusted optical brands.

• Salary – up to 30,000
• Team based bonus scheme (approx 200- 300 per month)

You will be working in a friendly community within a sociable team where you can expect a variety of patients from all ages and backgrounds. They have a very friendly and welcoming team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of customer care.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

As a senior member of the team, you will be on hand to support the dispensing team, this will include training, development and offering advice where needed. You will be taking on an in-store trainer type role as well as fulfilling all dispensing duties.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

• As a Qualified Dispensing Optician within this practice you will work on the shop floor in the dispensing team.
• You must have strong leadership skills and be comfortable in providing training.
• As a member of the stores team you will have a valued input with best practice and clinical compliance.
• My client is looking for the right people and have a tendency to recruit for attitude – looking for a team player, ambitious individuals who enjoy a customer facing role providing good customer service.
