Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills, Excel and Word proficient.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence (may be required for driver cover).

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily shipments.
• Manage daily driver routes.
• Oversee dispatch accuracy, schedules, and shipment quality.
• Raise purchase orders and book in incoming shipments.
• Handle returns and RMAs.
• Cover drivers if necessary.
