Webflow is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to build, scale, and lead a best-in-class enablement function that develops exceptional revenue talent and helps keep Webflow a destination company for top performers. This leader will own our global revenue enablement strategy and execution, bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to a fast paced, high growth environment.

This role will manage 5 direct reports to start and will be responsible for coaching and developing a high performing enablement team while continuously evolving our programs, processes, and technology to meet the needs of the business. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Solution Engineering, and Product to ensure every customer and prospect facing role has the skills, tools, product knowledge, and support needed to succeed.

The north star for this role is building an enablement function that creates best-in-class revenue talent - helping Webflow continue to grow while remaining a place where people do the best work of their careers.

  • Compensation: United States (all figures cited below are in USD).
    Zone A: $190,500 - $238,500
    Zone B: $180,900 - $226,800
    Zone C: $171,000 - $215,100
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve revenue enablement programs
    • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Webflow’s end-to-end revenue enablement programs, including:
    • Onboarding for all customer and prospect facing roles
    • Sales skills development and ongoing training mapped to our sales process and frameworks
    • Front-line leader enablement and manager development programs
    • Product enablement in close partnership with Product and Marketing
    • “How to do the job” enablement that focuses on use of tech stack and reduces administrative time to maximize customer/prospect facing time
    • Continuously assess program effectiveness and iterate based on data, feedback, and business priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-impact enablement team
    • Manage, coach, and develop the enablement team, with a strong focus on career growth and performance.
    • Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, competencies, and operating rhythms to support scalability.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking within the enablement team.
  • Bring operational rigor to a fast-paced environment
    • Establish clear processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models that enable the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align enablement priorities with company and revenue goals.
    • Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning and development, or revenue operations.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and adult learning principles.
  • Hands‑on experience owning or implementing revenue enablement technology (e.g., sales enablement platforms, Gong or similar coaching tools).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
