Job description

One to One Personnel are working with a well established organisation who are currently seeking a Director of Quality.This role will be offered on a temporary contract.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the companies quality assurance strategy is implemented and continuously reviewed in line with sector changes
  • Lead on readiness for reports & Audits
  • Plan and implement continuous professional development for the companies community to drive improvement
  • Lead on the development of innovative teaching approaches in the use of the virtual learning environment
  • Lead on curriculum reforms to inform the college community of change and ensure they are prepared for transition
  • Lead on HE quality, meeting regulations, participation plan and informingof the HE qualification landscape
  • Drive a robust accurate self-assessment procedure for the college, curriculum and business support areas
  • Report periodically to inform the senior leadership team and Governors on the quality performance
  • Lead on Inclusion, Equality and Diversity from the lens of quality in all the departments work
  • Lead on partnerships
  • Join the Senior Executive Leadership Team in actively leading strategy and operations
What you’ll need
