Responsibilities
  • Managing the monthly end‑to‑end payroll process globally.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including maintaining employee payroll records, processing pay adjustments and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ensuring HMRC submissions are submitted on time and reconciled to payroll and HMRC records.
  • Leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, including providing direction and support and setting goals.
  • Processing VAT payments for contractors and ensuring CIS statements are completed.
  • Completing payroll year end.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have experience in payroll management and have managed a team previously.
  • Experience of processing subcontractor payments would be highly advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a track record of implementing and managing payroll systems.
  • Advantageous if you have knowledge about Oracle and ADP.
