Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the NTB growth strategy and build a high-quality pipeline of priority opportunities.
• Own the Area NTB pipeline and governance framework, chair review forums and drive conversion outcomes.
• Act as the primary conduit between Area, DFO, Sector and Product teams to coordinate support for priority opportunities.
• Lead pursuit discipline and improve win rates through structured pursuit and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead Area events and BD initiatives, driving KBI activity and leveraging market intelligence.
