The role focuses on building a robust NTB pipeline and ensuring disciplined pursuit, enabling Relationship Directors to focus on client acquisition while delivering sustainable revenue in domestic and international relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate banking and business development experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Local area expertise with an established contact network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the NTB growth strategy and build a high-quality pipeline.
• Own the Area NTB pipeline, governance, and prioritisation forums.
• Coordinate between Area, DFO, Sector and Product teams to align pursuit strategies.
• Lead pursuit discipline and improve win rates through structured engagement.
• Oversee reporting, pipeline analytics and performance tracking.
