An ethical care organization is seeking a Director or Senior Manager to open children's residential services. The role emphasizes ethical practices, ensuring children's safety, and creating tailored environments. Candidates should have a successful track record in similar settings and a passion for making a positive impact. The starting salary is £80,000 with growth opportunities based on service expansion.
We are ideally looking for a Director or Senior Manager who wants a clear, structured pathway to becoming a Managing Director, or a current Managing Director, who wants to be part of a more ethical organisation.
Our group of companies has been created as an ethical care alliance, where there is a profit cap, to ensure the revenue is spent on the service users themselves. Alongside this, all of the companies in our group, except one, are social enterprises, where 50%+ of the profits are given to charities and good causes. The remaining company operates as a not for profit.
This organisation is called Home Town Care, as we believe children should not be moved around the country, according to where services are currently available. We believe that local services should be created and tailored in the home town or local area, which the child knows best and importantly, where their family and friends are close by, so they can visit and help support the individual with greater ease.
We believe in putting the quality of care first, with all services in our group receiving Good or Outstanding ratings from both Ofsted and CQC. We have never had a requires improvement or inadequate rating for any of our services, throughout our groups history.
We wish to help support as many children as possible. As such, our growth plan for the successful individual, is based on growth of the services. The financial remuneration and title, also growth with this. As seen below:
