Job summary
Veeam is seeking a senior leader for Veeam Kasten across EMEA and APJ. You will lead a distributed team of Specialist Solutions Engineers and own the technical win across regions, coordinating discovery, architecture, demos, and POC execution.
You will partner with sales leaders on territory plans, develop the technical pipeline, and enable the broader field with repeatable assets. Expect regular travel and close collaboration with product management.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering for enterprise software.
- 3+ years in people leadership across countries and time zones.
- Hands-on Kubernetes and virtualization experience in production or evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers/Architects across EMEA and APJ.
- Own the technical win across regions: discovery, architecture, demos, and POC execution.
- Partner on territory planning, pipeline development, and regular technical reviews.
- Build capability across Veeam field via enablement and repeatable assets.
- Develop ecosystem relationships with Red Hat, AWS, SUSE, and partners.
- Travel up to 30% across EMEA and APJ, with occasional global travel.
