Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Systems Engineer in the UK & Ireland region to work closely with field sales, evangelize our products, and support partners, resellers, and end users. The role requires up to 50% travel within the region.

You will translate business objectives into technical requirements, deliver compelling demos, and act as a main technical advisor during the sales process, including POCs and hands-on labs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated pre-sales IT experience with customers and partners.
• Experience presenting and delivering demos to varying decision-maker levels.
• Familiarity with Veeam solutions and pre-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with end users and partners to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Create content and deliver presentations and demonstrations to varying audiences, virtually and in person.
• Lead the technical evaluation stage as the main advisor for Veeam solutions in the sales cycle.
• Provide pre-sales assistance including POCs and hands-on labs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer engagements in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Veeam partners on training, joint meetings, and relationship building.
