Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience in a Big 4 or financial services team.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal income tax and cross-border taxation.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements in the asset management industry.
• Review and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms including Form 1065 and Form 1120.
• Advise on fund formation, investment structuring, and exit planning.
