A leading technology company in Greater London seeks a Director of Engagement Management to guide teams and ensure success across sales and services efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in professional services, especially in cloud-based technology. The position is hybrid, requiring some in-office presence.

The Director of Engagement Management (EM) position requires a combination of services sales quota and financial acumen, implementation and services delivery experience, services portfolio and positioning, cross‑functional relationship building, and services sales territory management and orchestration. This leader guides and enables their team to deeply understand customer needs, business challenges, and objectives, and to determine how to best deliver the desired business outcomes through effective use of the Docusign IAM platform. Core responsibilities include building cross‑functional alignments with Sales, Customer Success, Partner/SI, and Operations teams worldwide, acting as a trusted advisor, negotiating with partners, and ensuring the EM team hits and exceeds quotas, manages pipeline, forecasts bookings accurately, and drives services deals to close. This is a people‑manager role reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Services, EMEA.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation).
