Job summary

Addition partners with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Design & Implementation Lead at Director level on a contract basis. This senior leadership role oversees the design, implementation and adoption of a major operating model transformation, translating capabilities into actionable journeys, standards and escalation routes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in operating model implementation, transformation and sustainable change.
• Prosci certification or equivalent change leadership qualification.
• Extensive experience leading complex change and implementation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience with multi-agency stakeholders and public-sector environments (police, justice).

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of new operating model capabilities.
• Translating agreed capabilities into clear and implementable end-to-end journeys.
• Defining standards, hand-offs, responsibilities and escalation routes.
• Leading change readiness planning for frontline adoption.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across organisations and agencies.
• Ensuring processes are practical, sustainable and embedded.
• Identifying risks, dependencies and barriers to adoption.
• Providing strategic direction with oversight of delivery.
• Facilitating alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
• Championing sustainable change and continuous improvement.
