Job summary

Addition is partnering to appoint an experienced Senior Consultant on a contract in London. You will support design and implementation of operating model changes, map journeys, facilitate workshops and translate strategic objectives into practical interventions.

The role focuses on turning discussions into structured outputs while delivering high‑quality documentation. The candidate will work across the organisation to understand processes, map future state, and engage senior stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering operating model or transformation initiatives.
• Strong workshop planning and facilitation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
• Experience with journey mapping and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design & Implementation Lead across key project and change activities.
• Lead and support journey mapping to understand current and future‑state processes.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain engagement.
• Capture workshop outcomes, requirements, decisions and actions.
• Own and maintain documentation relating to standards, processes and interventions.
• Support the development and implementation of operating model improvements.
• Identify dependencies, challenges and opportunities across the programme.
• Ensure project documentation remains clear and aligned with objectives.
• Help translate strategic requirements into practical actions.
