Zusammenfassung

SRG is seeking an experienced Organisational Design Consultant to support a large-scale Target Operating Model transformation. You will shape future structures, support role design, workforce planning, and governance across a complex organisation.

Working with HR, Finance, Legal, programme teams and senior stakeholders, you will drive consultation, change readiness, and ensure compliant delivery of design initiatives and workforce transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Organisational Design, Organisation Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, HR Transformation or Business Change environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate change activities across HR, Legal, leadership teams, employee representatives and unions.
• Support the delivery of organisation design and workforce transition plans aligned to the TOM.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop future-state organisational structures.
• Support role evaluation, job architecture and grading activities with governance standards.
• Prepare consultation materials, impact assessments and change communications.
