Job summary

M4 Partners is a leading consultancy working closely with a Local government client to deliver a transformation programme within its Adult Social Care directorate. The programme has completed its As-Is assessment and is now moving into the design of the future operating model, including the organisational, structural and operational changes required to deliver the programme's objectives.

The position requires an experienced Operating Model Designer/Analyst with a strong background in operating

• Experience developing target operating models from a current-state assessment.
• Ability to analyse organisational implications of service and process redesign.

The client requires an experienced Operating Model Designer / Analyst with a strong background in operating model development, organisational design and change management.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in operating model design, organisational design, business transformation or a closely related role.
• Proven experience developing target operating models following a current-state assessment.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, including structures, roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, management arrangements and governance.
• Experience analysing the organisational implications of service and process redesign.
• Experience working alongside service designers, process improvement specialists and change management teams.
