Job summary

BT Group is seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to lead design and operating model work across major change initiatives. You will partner with People & Culture Partners and senior leaders to shape structures, governance and ways of working that enable business strategy delivery.

The role spans multiple projects of varying size, requiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on consistent, high-quality delivery in a global matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design and operating models that improve performance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, influencing and change capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver organisation design projects as part of BT's operating model transformation.
• Support senior stakeholders and People & Culture Partners through operating model design and roadmaps across structures, governance and capabilities.
• Provide organisation design expertise to address leadership, team and governance challenges.
• Lead reviews of best practice, incorporating external insights into BT.
• Collaborate across a global, matrixed organisation and adapt to diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Apply data and insights to advise on governance and operating models.
