Job summary

EY UK in London is seeking a Manager to lead Transformation Design Management, shaping target operating models and business cases for large-scale transformations across complex private-sector clients.

You will mobilise TMO/PMO governance, design implementation roadmaps and drive benefits realisation with senior leadership, while mentoring teams and contributing to the firm’s transformation practice. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting and driving large-scale transformation initiatives
• 5+ years in programme management or transformation design, incl. operating model design and business case leadership
• Hands-on experience establishing TMO/PMO, governance, reporting and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate strategy into OKRs, roadmaps and credible delivery plans; strong written and visual storytelling
• Degree (or equivalent experience) and professional written/spoken English

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation direction and align senior stakeholders while building leadership and governance.
• Lead cross-functional TOM design and create implementation roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end business case including cost/benefits and funding models.
• Define benefits logic and KPIs and embed tracking into governance.
• Stand up the TMO/PMO and define roles, cadence, and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders and advise on portfolio prioritisation and trade-offs.
• Establish RAID and design quality gates; integrate design assurance into delivery reviews.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to practice development.
• Identify opportunities and shape proposals for new business.
