Job summary

NorthStandard Group in London is recruiting a Digital Workspace Support Technician Apprentice. You will join the business and begin a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Technology over 18 months, with the option to move onto further training.

The role involves supporting internal colleagues through digital channels, ensuring access and provisioning of hardware/software, and gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint and identity management to build a strong foundation for a future tech career.

Responsibilities

• Incident and ticket management for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Onboarding and offboarding: set up accounts and provision equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and identity/access management.
• Device support for Windows, Apple devices, printers, and AV hardware.
• Create self-service guides and train staff on digital collaboration tools.
• Structured learning requirements and training to develop skills.
