Job summary

A community interest company is seeking Digital and Work Skills Tutors to provide flexible, outreach-based teaching across various subjects. Job description
Role Overview

Realise Futures is looking for Digital and Work Skills Tutors to deliver flexible, outreach-based teaching to learners across a range of subject areas. Hours available: 22.2 hours per week. The role requires a DBS check.

Responsibilities
  • Support learners in developing the skills required for success in both life and work.
  • Plan, deliver and assess learning in digital skills (level 1), health and care, health and safety, food safety, and business and administration.
  • Use formal assessment and the RARPA process for non‑accredited courses to ensure high‑quality provision is consistently delivered.
  • Travel to partner venues to provide face‑to‑face support and outreach delivery.
  • Maintain positive partnership relationships and demonstrate flexibility in the role.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification and a subject‑specific qualification in any of the areas listed.
  • Previous teaching experience in the relevant subjects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for outreach delivery.
